We are a CompTia A+ authorized service centre, certified by the Computing Technology Industry Association, who specialise in hardware diagnostics and building computer units to precise requirements.

A+ Certification is a testing program sponsored by the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), that certifies the competency of CQ Services' computer repair technicians in the computer industry. Not surprisingly the program is backed by all the major computer hardware and software vendors, distributors, resellers and publications, and The Association for Services Management International (AFSMI).

Why should you care? Earning A+ certification means that our computer technicians possess the knowledge, skills, and customer relation expertise essential to be a successful computer service technician. They must also have at least 6 months experience, although our techs have several years experience each. Their knowledge covers a broad range of hardware and software technologies, but are not related to any vendor-specific products. To become certified, they were required to pass an extensive two part exam -- the Core and the MicrosoftTM DOS/Windows module portion. When both the Core and the DOS/Windows portions are passed, the candidate receives the A+ designation.

We are registered Microsoft OEM System builders, recognised by the Microsoft Corporation for our specialist knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies.

We are also active members of the Microsoft Club for Partners, which includes advanced technology training and the latest updates from Microsoft.
